Macaroni casserole with cheese: how to make a dessert that's popular since childhood
The childhoods of millions of people were not rich in a variety of desserts that can now be easily purchased in any store or coffee shop. Back then, housewives had to invent various interesting and sometimes even strange desserts to please their families.

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Eggs - 5 pcs
- Sugar - 6 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
- Raisins - 100 gr
- Pasta - 100 gr
- Butter - 10 gr
Method of preparation.
1. First of all, boil the pasta. You can choose any shape of the product.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Blend everything with a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
3. Add the pasta and raisins to the mixture and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and put it in the oven. Check the readiness of the product with a bamboo toothpick. Stick it in the center of the Macaroni casserole and pull it out. If the toothpick is dry, the Macaroni casserole is ready.
5. Serve the dessert with sour cream.
