Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 20 ml
- raisins - 70 g
- flour - 300 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- soda - ½ tsp
The method of preparation
1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and oil. Beat with a blender.
2. Add raisins and mix.
3. Add dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda. Knead the dough.
4. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, shape into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Grease the buns with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
