The recipe for lentil cutlets was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik. On Instagram, she also said that these cutlets are cooked extremely quickly, and without cooking lentils.

Ingredients

  • Lentils - 500 gr
  • Large carrots - 2 pcs
  • Green onions - a bunch
  • Salt
  • Khmeli-suneli

Method of preparation

1. Soak the lentils and leave them overnight.

2. Rinse well and drain. Blend with a blender.

3. Add the finely grated carrots and finely chopped green onions. Mix well.

4. Add salt, pepper, and Khmeli-suneli. Mix everything well and form patties.

5. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until cooked. About 5 minutes on each side.

6. Serve hot with sour cream.
