Ingredients:
- kefir - 1 cup
- flour - 300 grams
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - pinch
- sugar - pinch
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
For the filling:
- sour milk cottage cheese - 150 gr
- suluguni - 150 g
- greens - 1/2 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to the kefir and mix. Mix the flour with the baking soda, pour it into the kefir, knead a soft dough.

2. The filling: grate the cheese, chop the herbs finely and mix it with the sour milk cheese.
