Lazy khachapuri in a pan with two kinds of cheese and herbs: the fastest and easiest recipe
Khachapuri is a very tasty and hearty Georgian dish. It is worth noting that you can cook them at home, the most important thing is to make the right dough, which will determine the taste and texture of the dish. For the filling, you can use hard cheese and cottage cheese, as well as suluguni cheese, herbs and minced meat.
Culina Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for lazy khachapuri with 2 kinds of cheese and herbs, which are very easy to cook in a pan.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 1 cup
- flour - 300 grams
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - pinch
- sugar - pinch
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
For the filling:
- sour milk cottage cheese - 150 gr
- suluguni - 150 g
- greens - 1/2 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to the kefir and mix. Mix the flour with the baking soda, pour it into the kefir, knead a soft dough.
2. The filling: grate the cheese, chop the herbs finely and mix it with the sour milk cheese.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll each one into a ball and roll out thinly. Place the filling in the center, bring the edges together in the center and pinch. Sprinkle with flour and roll out to 22-24 cm in diameter.
4. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put khachapuri and fry on both sides.
