The dish's specialty is that coffee is added to the filling, and the dumplings themselves are rolled in chocolate flakes, which gives them an unusual taste and attractive appearance.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 60 g
- instant coffee
- sugar \ sweetener
- chocolate flakes - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grind cottage cheese, coffee, egg, a pinch of salt and sugar until smooth.
2. Add flour to the resulting mass. Mix well.
3. Form the dough into balls.
4. Boil the dumplings in boiling water for about 5-8 minutes.
5. Roll the finished dumplings in chopped chocolate flakes.
