Lazy achma with cottage cheese: made from pita bread

Traditional achma is of Georgian origin. This dish is made from choux pastry. But to save time and make the process easier, you can use pita bread as a base.

The idea of making lazy achma from pita bread was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking.

Ingredients:

  • sheet of pita bread
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Cut or tear the pita bread into pieces and add to the curd mass.

3. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish, smoothing it out.

4. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
