Kyiv-style cutlets: how to prepare this delicious dish in an original way
Kyiv-style cutlets are a delicious, hearty and easy-to-prepare dish made from minced chicken. In the classic version, they are prepared with butter and herbs. If you don't want them to be greasy, you but bake them in the oven instead of frying.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 kg
- egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 200 g
- pepper, salt - to taste
- butter - 100 g
- dill - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Grind fillet in a blender, add salt, pepper and egg and mix.
2. Add chopped dill to soft butter and mix.
3. Use your hands to form small balls and put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
4. Make cutlets with wet hands, put 1 slice of butter inside each and wrap them up.
5. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and put them on parchment. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
