Juicy chicken wings in cream sauce for a hearty lunch: they just melt in your mouth
Chicken wings are perfect for a quick dinner. But this meat will be quite dry if you just fry it. Therefore, it is a great idea to stew it in a creamy sauce.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken wings for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia_zhuk_cooking). Any side dish will go with them.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/6 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) of oil
- 30 g of butter
- vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup (240 ml) of 10% cream
- 50 g of cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Lay out a kilogram of chicken wings and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Next, mix a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of chicken seasoning.
3. Pour in vegetable oil and mix.
4. Brush the wings well with this sauce and leave for 15 minutes.
5. Fry them in butter and vegetable oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, then turn them over and fry for another 6-8 minutes.
6. Take the wings out of the pan and add 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. Add cherry tomatoes and two handfuls of spinach. Pour in 1 cup of cream.
8. Put the wings back.
9. Grate 50 g of cheese and add to the pan.
10. Cook under a closed lid over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
11. Put them on a plate. Cook rice with vegetables as a side dish.
