Juicy chicken roll with mushrooms: the perfect dish for lunch
If you have chicken fillet, it's a great idea to combine it with mushrooms. This will make a very juicy and satisfying roll that can be served for dinner for the whole family. The dish will be delicious even after reheating.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 600 g.
- mushrooms - 250 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- cream - 100 g
- hard cheese - 50 g.
- salt, pepper, favorite spices - to taste
- olive oil - 15 g
- smoked paprika - to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices.
2. Fry the garlic in some oil, add the mushrooms, and cook until softened.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add cream at room temperature and grated cheese. Cook, stirring to melt the cheese.
5. Cut the fillet lengthwise and pound it thinly. Put it on a cling film with a slight overlap.
6. Spread the filling and roll it into a tight roll.
7. Spread with smoked paprika and olive oil.
8. Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
