You can cook a delicious kebab even in the oven. You just need to marinate the meat properly. To do this, use lots of spices, mayonnaise, or sour cream. Even dry chicken will be juicy.

Ingredients:
- chicken thigh (boneless) or fillet – 700 g
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
- salt – 2 tsp.
- dried garlic – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 3 tsp.
- mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
- mayonnaise or sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Ingredients for pickled onions:
- onions – 2-3 pcs.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- sugar – 1 tsp.
- vinegar – 1 tsp.
- cold water – 100 ml
- garnish at will

1. Cut the meat into slices.
2. Marinate in your favorite spices, soy sauce, mustard, and mayonnaise or sour cream.

3. Cover the meat with cling film and set aside in the refrigerator to marinate.
4. Cut purple or regular onions into rings and put them in a jar.
5. Put chopped dill, salt, sugar, and vinegar on top and cover with cold water.

6. Close the jar with a lid and shake.
7. The onions need to be infused for +/- an hour.

8. Thread the meat onto the skewers (to prevent the skewers from burning, moisten them with water).
9. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Serve the kebab with onions and your favorite garnish.
