Biscotti biscuits are of Italian origin. Their texture is very crispy, and the taste is moderately sweet, with a pleasant sourness added by dried fruit. One portion of dough makes a fairly large amount of these cookies and they stay fresh for a long time. Therefore, it is an ideal baking option for always having something for tea at home.
The idea of making Italian biscotti cookies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname filanna.cooking.
