Instead of chips and fries: how to make crispy potato rings
Potato rings are a delicious alternative to the usual chips and even French fries. The snack is based on tender potato dough with garlic and herbs. The rings are cooked in a frying pan, which makes them very crispy.
Food blogger Natalia Zhuk (natashazhyk) shared a recipe for potato rings on her Instagram page.
