What batter and sauce makes the most delicious meat: a universal recipe
Meat is the most commonplace product that can easily be turned into a gourmet dish. The most common batter and sauce will help you do this. Thanks to this method of cooking, the meat is incredibly soft, and moderately juicy, with a light sweet flavor and tender crust. It also cooks very quickly, so it's perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- meat – 600-700 g
- egg – 2 pcs.
- potato starch – 60 g
- salt, ground black pepper – to taste
- dried garlic – to taste
For the sauce:
- onion – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 1 clove
- soy sauce – 3-4 tbsp (to taste)
- hot pepper – to taste
- butter – 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into portions. Lightly salt, and sprinkle with dried garlic and ground black pepper.
2. Mix eggs with starch.
3. Roll the pieces of meat in the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
4. Chop the onion. Chop a clove of garlic.
5. Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the onion in the same pan until transparent.
6. Remove the frying pan from the stove. Add garlic, hot pepper, butter, and soy sauce. Add the fried meat and stir.
7. Return the pan to the fire. Fry for about 1 minute until the sauce is absorbed into the batter.
It is best served with rice.
