If you're tired of regular pasta: how to make pasta soup at home
Today we offer you to cook a pasta soup. This is an extremely nutritious and tasty dish that even children love.
And it is also very easy to prepare. That's what a food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko says. She posted a recipe for this dish on her Instagram, adding that it is a great alternative to boring pasta.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Sweet red pepper - 1 pc
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 g
- Small pasta - ½ cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry garlic - ½ tsp
- Paprika - ½ tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cream 15-20% - 250 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese - for serving
- Greens - for serving
Method of preparation
1.Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken fillet in it for 5 minutes, stirring.
2. Take out the fillet and put chopped peppers, tomatoes and garlic in its place. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Return the fillet to the pan, add water and pasta. Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the pasta.
4. Pour in the warm cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off the soup and let it stand for 5 minutes.
5. Serve the soup sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and greens.
