Ingredients:

  • condensed milk - 100 g
  • butter - 180 g
  • proteins - 70 g (2 pcs)
  • water - 150 g
  • sugar - 300 g
  • agar-agar - 8 g
  • cocoa - 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat soft butter until lightened.

2. Add condensed milk and beat until smooth.

3. Add sugar and agar-agar to the water. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir for about 5 minutes.

4. Beat the whites to peaks, pour in the hot syrup, and beat until stiff.

5. Add the buttercream in several stages and beat until smooth.

6. Pour the mixture into the mold, and cover with foil.

7. Leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

8. Take it out and cut it into pieces.

9. Roll it in cocoa.
