How to stuff champignons to make a delicious and satisfying dinner: telling you

Stuffed champignons are always a delicious dish. It can serve as a good appetizer for any festive table. And, since it is quite nutritious, it can easily replace the main course.

The recipe for stuffed champignons was shared by food blogger Inna Phil. On Instagram, she told us how best to stuff mushrooms to make the dish tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms
  • Minced pork
  • Onion
  • Hard cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Favorite spices

Method of preparation

1. Wash large champignons and separate the stem. Be careful not to damage the mushroom cap.

2. Finely chop the stems and onion and fry in a frying pan with oil until golden brown.

3. Add to the minced meat along with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Mix well.

4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and tamp well.

5. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
