Ingredients:
- 300 g of fish (can be pieces)
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp. sugar with a slide

1. Remove the bones from the fish, dry it with a paper towel or napkins.
2. Mix salt and sugar.

3. Lightly rub the fish with a mixture of salt and sugar.
4. Place in a container/mold with the fillet side down.

5. Close and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
6. After pickling, drain the liquid from the container.
