- kefir - 280 ml
- flour - 200 g

Method of preparation:
1. First you need to mix all the ingredients for the dough one by one. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth, the mass is thick, like sour cream.

3. Pour the dough evenly into a preheated and oiled frying pan. Immediately put the filling on one half of the dough and sprinkle it with spices. Wait about 1 minute for the dough to brown slightly on the bottom.
4. Then cover the filling with the other half of the dough. Cover and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
5. Turn the omelet to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes. The dish is ready!
Roll with chicken
Ingredients:
- tortilla - 4 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 300-350 g
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- red onion - 1\2 pcs
- hard cheese - 100 g
- herbs
- salt, pepper, spices for chicken
For the sauce:
- mayonnaise - 1\2 tbsp.
- natural yogurt - 1-2 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry over medium heat until tender. Add salt and your favorite spices, stir and remove from heat.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, dice the pepper, chop the herbs, grate the cheese. Add everything to the fillet.
3. Add spices, mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Put the prepared filling on the tortilla, wrap it in a roll.
5. Fry the finished rolls in a frying pan until golden brown.
Light salad with tuna and vegetables
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves
- canned corn - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 3 pcs
- tomatoes - 150 g
- tuna - 160 g
- olives - 0.5 b
- red onion
Dressing:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and cut into slices. Also cut the tomatoes into slices.
2. Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate, sprinkle with corn, put eggs and tomatoes on top.
3. Drain the juice or oil from the canned tuna and put it on a plate.
4. Cut the onion into rings and place on a plate. Also put the olives.
5. For the dressing, mix the oil, soy sauce, mustard. Pour over the salad.
