How to quickly cook pilaf with minced meat in a frying pan: recipe
If you have minced meat at home, you can easily make a delicious pilaf with it. The dish is prepared as simply and quickly as possible, so it is ideal for lunch or dinner.
The recipe for pilaf in a frying pan was shared by food blogger Alina on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 600 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- rice - 300 g
- bay leaf - 1 pc
- water (boiling water) - 600 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Dice onion and grate carrots or cut them into strips.
2. Chop garlic.
3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes.
4. Add minced meat and fry until golden brown over high heat, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
5. Reduce heat and add garlic.
6. Add washed rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Crush a few cloves of garlic with a knife. Put the garlic and bay leaf on top of the rice.
8. Pour water, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
