How to marinate champignons deliciously in 5 minutes: tastier than in the store
Marinated champignons are a delicious appetizer, a standalone dish, and a great addition to many dishes at the same time. You can cook such mushrooms in just 5 minutes, it is only important to choose the right spices for the marinade.
Food blogger Zhanna (zha457) shared a recipe for pickled champignons that can be prepared in just 5 minutes on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 1 kg
Marinade:
- water – 1 liter
- salt – 2 tbsp.
- sugar – 2 tbsp.
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- vinegar 9% – 7 tbsp.
Additionally:
- garlic
- herbs
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms and put them into a saucepan.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the mushrooms.
3. Bring the mushrooms to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Put the mushrooms in a colander to drain the excess water.
5. When serving, mix the mushrooms with chopped herbs and garlic. Drizzle with oil.
