How to make thick homemade mayonnaise: no need for a blender

Thick, delicate, and most importantly, healthy mayonnaise can be made at home. Traditionally, it is made from raw or boiled eggs or milk and flavored with spices. The whole process takes only a few minutes.
Food blogger and pastry chef Liliia Tsvit (lilijatsvit) shared a recipe for healthy homemade mayonnaise on her Instagram page that you can make in a few minutes.
Recipe for homemade mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- egg – 1 pc.
- salt – 1/4 tsp.
- pepper – 1/4 tsp.
- mustard – 1 tbsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil – 200 ml
Homemade mayonnaise with mustard and eggs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix egg, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Start beating with a mixer for a few minutes.
2. Continue whisking and gradually pour in the oil. Beat for a few more seconds to make the mixture light and thick.

3. Store the finished mayonnaise in the refrigerator.
