No child can resist sweet and colorful marmalade candies. But such a dessert may not always be safe, because the store-bought version contains a lot of different dyes and preservatives. That's why it's better to make such sweets at home – you only need 2 ingredients.

The idea of making natural marmalade from two ingredients was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname just.recept.

Ingredients:

  • juice – 300 ml (instead of juice, you can take water and dilute a few spoons of jam in it).
  • gelatin – 25 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the juice into the saucepan.

2. Heat slightly and add gelatin.

3. Continue to heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.

4. We need the gelatin to dissolve completely.

5. But do not bring the juice to a boil, just heat it.

6. Next, remove the future jelly from the stove and let the mass cool to room temperature.

7. Pour into silicone molds (it is convenient to do this with a pipette or syringe without a needle).

8. Put in the refrigerator for an hour, they harden quickly.
