How to make crispy chips from store-bought salami sausage: it's very simple

Ordinary salami sausage can be used to make not only sandwiches and pizza but also chips. They are very flavorful and crispy. And to make such a snack at home, you need an oven.

The idea of making homemade salami sausage chips was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Dariia with the nickname recepti_dariko. The chips will become crispy only after they have cooled completely.

Ingredients:

  • Salami sausage

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the salami into thin slices. You can also use pepperoni or chorizo sausage.

2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

3. Put the salami slices.

4. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 9 minutes. It can also be made in the microwave: put the salami on a plate and bake at maximum power for a minute to fifteen seconds.

5. Transfer to a paper towel.

6. Leave to cool completely.

7. They are delicious to serve with your favorite sauces. The taste of the chips depends on the type of sausage you choose.
