How to make bean paste: as good as meat paste

Bean paste is a delicious and budget-friendly alternative to meat pate. You can use the product in boiled or canned form. If you spread it on a slice of toasted bread and sprinkle it with fresh herbs, you'll get a spectacular festive appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • canned or cooked beans – 500 g
  • onion – 2 pieces
  • garlic – 4 cloves
  • oil for frying
  • dried tomatoes – 100 g
  • salt – to taste
  • greens for serving

1. Put the canned or cooked beans in the blender bowl.

2. Blend well.

3. Chop the onion. Fry it in a preheated frying pan.

4. Rub the garlic into the onion.

5. Fry until cooked.

6. Chop the dried tomatoes and add them to the beans.

7. Put the cooked onions in the same place.

8. Add salt.
