How to make a useful jam from Viburnum: you do not have to cook it
Just at the beginning of September ripen rich red berries of Viburnum, famous for their useful properties. They can be deliciously prepared for the winter by making jam. At the same time, it is not necessary to cook it - in this form it retains all its benefits.

Ingredients:
- Viburnum - 500 g
- sugar - 500 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to sterilize in a convenient way for you jars and lids. Leave them to dry completely.
2. Next, you should thoroughly wash the Viburnum under running water and pick the berries. Remove, if there will be, tails.
3. Pour sugar over the prepared Viburnum, grind it through a meat grinder or whip it with an immersion blender.
4. Pour the resulting mass into sterile jars and cover with lids. Done!
