Food blogger Anastasia Svarovska (a_svarovskaya) shared her methods for making a rich broth without excess fat and foam on Instagram. The vegetables for the dish should be fried in a dry frying pan until black, and parchment paper should be placed on top of the broth.

Ingredients:

  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • garlic - optional
  • meat
  • salt
  • bay leaves

1. Peel the carrots and onions.

2. Put them whole in a preheated frying pan and fry until black - this is how they will give the broth flavor and taste.

3. Put the meat to be used for the broth and the fried vegetables into the pan.

4. Add water to the pot.

5. Add some moths and bay leaves.

6. Put a saucepan lid on a piece of parchment and cut a circle around its diameter.

7. Wet the circle a little and squeeze it.

8. Put the pot with the ingredients on the stove.

10. When the broth boils, open the lid and reduce the heat.

12. Turn off the heat, remove the parchment.
