Culinarian Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy fried eggs in water, which after cooking will remain healthy and at the same time - very tasty.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- water - 0,5 cup
- salt, pepper - to taste
Extras:
- any greens
- fresh vegetables
- tuna, red fish, cream cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a frying pan, bring to a boil.
2. Crack the eggs, salt and pepper and cover.
3. Place greens, chopped vegetables, eggs on top, add tuna, fish or cream cheese and you are ready to eat!
