Method of cooking salted pumpkin porridge:

1. Bake the pumpkin and mash the pulp.

2. Heat a little oil.

3. Add:

  • 1 part fine bulgur
  • 2 parts of water
  • salt

4. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 5-7 minutes.

5. Add:

  • 1 part pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 parts of water (it depends on your pumpkin, because there are more watery ones)
  • salt, if necessary

6. Cook again for 5-7 minutes.

7. Add 1 part of your favorite cheese at the end.

8. Stir, cover, remove from heat.

9. You can eat in 5 minutes, sprinkled with nuts.
