How to cook Penne Arrabbiata for lunch: kids will love it the most

If you have some ready-made minced meat, it is ideal to make Penne Arrabbiata with it. But it is important that it is low-fat. To do this, choose dietary meat. Rabbit is the best choice.

The idea of cooking navy pasta for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Redko (tsarlova_n). Children will especially like this dish.

Ingredients:

  • small pasta - 3 tbsp.
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 60-80 grams of minced meat (preferably rabbit)
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 250 ml of water

Method of preparation:

1. Boil pasta.

2. Pour 1 tsp of oil into the saucepan.

3. Chop onion.

4. Finely grate carrots.

5. Put them in a saucepan.

6. Cover with water and let it simmer for 15/20 minutes.

7. Add minced meat. If there is not enough water, add more and simmer for 20 minutes.

8. Constantly stir the minced meat so that there are no lumps.

9. After 20 minutes, add the boiled pasta.

10. Stir.
