How to cook pate so that the liver is not bitter: what to add
When cooking liver dishes, the problem often arises that the product is bitter. If it's a pate, the meat needs to be baked. Moreover, a few simple ingredients should be added to the liver for a better flavor.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- sour apple - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- garlic - a few cloves
- butter - 100 g
- Italian herbs, oregano
- refined vegetable oil
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut vegetables into thin slices (for faster baking).
2. Rinse the liver, do not cut it.
3. Put everything on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Add spices and refined oil. Stir.
5. Add butter.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
7. Beat with an immersion blender and season to taste with spices. Put into a container.
8. Melt butter and pour over the top to cover the entire paste (sprinkle with spices on top).
9. Cool completely so that the paste hardens and stabilizes.
