Ingredients:

  • 250 ml. milk
  • 250 ml. water
  • 100 g of corn grits (finely ground)
  • 30 g of butter
  • 3 tbsp of sour cream
  • cheese
  • bacon
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water and milk into a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stirring constantly with a whisk, add the cereal (in a thin stream). Then add butter, sour cream, stir, and salt to taste. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

2. Fry the bacon until golden brown and the mushrooms.
