How to make healthy oatmeal pancakes: no eggs in the recipe

If you don't know how to love healthy oatmeal, make pancakes out of it. They are very fluffy and tender. The recipe contains only natural sweeteners, so the oatmeal will fully retain its nutritional value and remain nutritious. The recipe also contains no eggs at all.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut or cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. of raw oatmeal
  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed + 1 tbsp of water
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. of agave syrup
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Method of preparation:

1. Mix coconut flakes with sugar.

2. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder. Add the mixture of chips and sugar.

3. Mix the flax seeds ground into flour with water – this will be our egg substitute. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

4. Add oil, coconut milk, agave syrup, and flax seeds to the dry ingredients.

5. Fry pancakes from the resulting dough: put two tablespoons of dough on a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, turn it over to the other side after one and a half to two minutes, and fry for another minute.
