How to cook healthy buckwheat for dinner: not cooked in a saucepan
Buckwheat is the healthiest, tastiest, and easiest cereal to prepare. It can be used to make soups, porridge, and buckwheat pancakes. It's worth noting that it can be cooked in a saucepan, oven, or in a sleeve and stewed in a mold.
Cook Diana shared a recipe for delicious baked buckwheat with chicken thighs and fried chicken on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- buckwheat
- onion
- carrot
- chicken thighs (already marinated)
- water
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the chicken thighs in oil with salt, pepper, herbs to the chicken. Leave for an hour.
2. Fry the onion and carrots and put them on the bottom of the baking dish in which you will cook the buckwheat.
3. Wash the buckwheat and put it on the onions and carrots, add spices and pour water to cover the buckwheat and put the chicken thighs on top. Cover with foil in 2 layers and cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 C.
