The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very healthy and tasty fish baked in the oven with peppers and spices, which would be an ideal dinner option.
Ingredients:
- Dorado - 2 pcs.
- Capi pepper
- Lemon juice
- Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the fish, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the lemon into two halves and pour one half on both sides of the fish. Add salt and Italian herbs, and rub the fish well on both sides.
2. Grease the oven rack with oil and place a baking sheet under the bottom to allow the fish juices to drain onto it.
4. Put the fish and peppers on a wire rack. Bake in the oven at 180 g with convection for 35 minutes.
Serve hot, drizzle with lemon juice!
