How to cook delicious chicken chops without flour: they won't be dry

Meat for classic chops is usually dipped first in flour and then in egg. However, the products will be much juicier if you do not use flour at all - it will not clog the meat.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken chops without flour was published on the Instagram page of the MasterChef super finalist Olha Ryabenko (olga_riabenko_). The batter should be made with eggs, adding a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • corn or potato starch - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into pieces.

2. Beat off well and season with salt.

3. Mix eggs, pepper, paprika, grated garlic, soy sauce in a bowl.

4. Add the starch dissolved in cold water.

5. Marinate the meat for 20 minutes.

6. Fry in a preheated frying pan for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
