How to cook delicious buckwheat with chicken wings: a recipe for a light dinner dish
Buckwheat is a very valuable and tasty product that contains B vitamins, phospholipids, amino acids methionine, arginine and threonine, which help improve lipid metabolism and prevent the formation of fatty deposits. You don't need to cook buckwheat either, just pour boiling water, cold water or kefir over it and you'll get a ready-made dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious buckwheat with chicken wings, which will give buckwheat a pleasant taste and aroma.
Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 1 cup
- water - 1.5 cups
- carrots - 1 pc.
- wings - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 6-7
- onions - green
For the wings marinade:
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- a mixture of spices - for chicken
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the wings with soy sauce and spices. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes, but preferably for 30 minutes.
2. Pour the buckwheat into the mold, add grated carrots, mushrooms, spices and salt, and cover with water.
3. Cover with a lid or use foil. Remove the lid 15 minutes before cooking.
4. Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
