How to cook chicken Kyiv so that the oil spreads inside: we share the technology
Chicken Kyiv is one of the traditional Ukrainian dishes. Its main feature is the flavorful butter that flows out when cut. At the same time, there should be a crispy breading on top.
The idea of making perfect chicken Kyiv was published on the Instagram page of MasterChef super finalist Olha Ryabenko (olga_riabenko_). Add dill and hard cheese to the oil.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
- butter - 120 g
- hard cheese - 150 g
- dill - 50 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 200 g
- breadcrumbs - 200 g
- salt, pepper
- oil for deep frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet in half.
2. Cover with cling film, beat off, season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix the butter with the cheese and chopped dill.
4. Wrap the mass in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator.
5. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
6. Pour flour into the second bowl and breadcrumbs into the third.
7. Take the butter mass out of the refrigerator, cut into slices, shape and wrap in fillets.
8. Roll in flour, then in eggs and breadcrumbs.
9. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown for about 7 minutes.
10. Put the cutlets in a baking dish, cover with foil and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
