How to cook chicken fillet to make it juicy: we share the technology
Chicken fillet is a fairly dietary, lean meat. Therefore, it can turn out a bit dry when cooked. To add juiciness and delicate flavor, you need to make a sauce in which to stew the chicken. It is best to use vegetables and a dairy base - cream.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken fillet in sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tati Chudnova (chudnova.food).
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- spices and salt
- cherry - 250 g
- spinach - 100 g
- cream 20% - 200 ml
- pesto sauce - 1 tbsp
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the small fillets from the large ones.
2. Mix the oil with the spices and salt and coat the fillets.
3. Fry on both sides until cooked, put in foil and close to prevent heat from escaping.
4. Fry cherry tomatoes with spinach for 3 minutes.
5. Add cream and pesto sauce, stir and simmer for another 3 minutes.
6. Transfer the fillet.
