Ingredients:
- potatoes – 10 pcs.
- butter – 100 g
- hard cheese – 100 g
- dill – a bunch
- garlic – 2 cloves.
- Salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water with the peel on.
2. Finely chop the dill, grate the cheese, put it in a bowl, add the garlic, and butter at room temperature and mix well with a fork.
3. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently crush them with a glass.
4. Spoon the filling over the potatoes, season with salt, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
