Ingredients:

  • 3 medium apples
  • 100-125 g of cottage cheese
  • 30 g of prunes
  • 30 g of nuts
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation:

 

1. Wash the apples well and cut off the tops.

 

2. Remove the core (seeds) with a spoon or a small knife.

 

3. For the filling, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla, prunes and nuts to the cottage cheese.

4. Mix well.

 

5. Stuff the apples.

6. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
