Ingredients:

• minced meat - 300 g
• green onions
• salt, pepper - to taste

For the batter:

• eggs - 2 pcs.
• salt - a pinch
• flour - 2 tbsp.
• milk - 4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Add green onions and spices to minced meat and mix well.

2. Spread on the bread slices.

3. For the batter, beat eggs with salt, add flour and milk and mix.

4. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and fry.
