The recipe for these hot sandwiches was shared by a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. On Instagram, she told us what vegetables can be added to the filling to make the sandwiches vitaminized.
Ingredients:
- Sausage – 150 gr
- Tomato – 1 pc
- Loaf – 5-6 slices
- Bell pepper – 1 pc
- Hard cheese – 120-140 gr
- Greens
- Mixture of dry herbs
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
Method of preparation
1. Cut hard cheese, sausage, bell pepper, and tomato into small cubes. Put them in a deep bowl.
2. Finely chop the greens and put them in a bowl, add salt, a mixture of greens, mayonnaise and mix.
3. Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush with a little ketchup and spread the filling.
4. Sprinkle with hard cheese and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
