Homemade breakfast buns: they are easy to prepare and will be fluffy
Fluffy homemade buns are ideal for breakfast tea. You can eat them with butter, jam, or cut them open and put salty fillings. Make the preparation once, and then choose additions according to your mood and taste.
The idea of making fluffy breakfast buns was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname cooking_by_yuliya. The most important thing is to prepare the dough correctly.
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp of dry yeast
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 300 ml of warm water
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Gradually add water.
3. Knead dough.
4. Add oil at the end.
5. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes, and then knead it down.
6. Leave for 30 minutes and divide the dough into several equal parts (about 10).
7. Form balls and leave the future buns to rise for about 30-40 minutes.
8. Make cuts and moisten with water.
9. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
10. Remove from rack and brush with olive oil.
11. Leave the buns to cool.
