Homemade banana chips: can be made both in the oven and in the microwave

Ingredients:
- banana - 2 pcs.
- olive oil or lemon - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Peel bananas and slice them very thinly.
2. Place the sliced bananas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Brush them with olive oil or sprinkle with lemon juice using a brush.
4. Cook in the oven at 50-70 degrees for 1 to 3 hours with the door ajar. The time may be different because the ovens are different.
5. It is ideal to cook with convection mode on.
6. If you are using a microwave, cook them on parchment at 600 watts for 6 minutes. If they are not fried enough, cook for a few more minutes. ⠀
