Hearty mini cheesecakes for children: without flour and sugar

Cottage cheese is an ideal base for preparing hearty and healthy snacks for children. The nutrient-rich product is perfectly complemented by semolina and eggs. The mass holds together perfectly without flour and sugar is also not needed.

The idea of making healthy mini-cheesecakes for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream/yogurt/cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp of semolina (you can do without it)

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the cottage cheese, egg, cottage cheese, and semolina in a blender until smooth.

2. Put the mass into molds.

3. Garnish with any fruit.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

5. You can also bake at full power in the microwave for 5 minutes.
