Hearty julienne with chicken and mushrooms for lunch: cooked in the oven
If you have some cheese, chicken, and mushrooms, it's perfect to make a julienne for lunch. All you need to do is bake all the ingredients in the oven. While the dish is cooking, you can go about your business. And most importantly, one serving is enough for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 150 g of chicken meat
- 1 medium onion
- 200 ml of 20% cream
- 40 g of butter
- 100 g of cheese
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Fry the onion in butter until it becomes transparent.
4. Add the mushrooms and fry together.
5. Cook the chicken meat and divide it into fibers, add to the mushrooms.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour cream, simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Grate the cheese.
8. Put the mushrooms in the baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
9. Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
