How to cook

To make guslyanka, it is best to use farm ingredients, but you can also cook with store-bought ingredients.

1. Heat the milk to a temperature of 36-38 degrees. Prepare a 1 liter clay or glass jug.

2. Grease the walls of the jug with sour cream and pour in the milk.

3. Wrap the jug in a towel without closing the lid and leave it for 12 hours until it ferments.

4. Close the lid and refrigerate to thicken. The drink will be ready in 4-5 hours.
