Garlic butter is a simple and easy-to-make spread that is suitable for serving with bruschetta. The dish will fill the kitchen with an incredible flavor and will be pleasing to the eye when served.

Ingredients

  • Butter 82.5% – 150 grams
  • Garlic – 2 large heads
  • Oil – 30 ml
  • Salt, herbs, spices to taste

The way of preparation

1. Peel two heads of garlic and place in a baking dish.

2. Drizzle the garlic with oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

3. Cut the butter at room temperature into pieces and put it in a blender.

4. Add any of your favorite herbs and spices.

5. Remove the baked garlic from the oil and let it cool completely.

6. Add the cold garlic to the blender bowl and blend thoroughly.

7. Transfer the mixture to a convenient container and smooth the surface with a knife.

8. Put in the refrigerator until completely frozen.
