Of course, every housewife has her favorite dough recipe that makes the most delicious dumplings and ravioli. However, we recommend that you pay attention to this particular recipe, because it will always make the dough successful, and it won't take too much time to prepare.

Food blogger Anna Fil shared a great choux pastry recipe on Instagram. She explained in detail what technology should be followed when making the dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 400 gr
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Salt – ½ tsp.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Water – 200 ml

Method of preparation

1. Add the egg, salt, and 2 tbsp of oil to the flour. Mix until smooth.

2. Add boiling water to the mixture and stir with a spoon. When the dough is a little colder, stir it with your hands and knead the dough. Add another 1 tbsp of oil while kneading.

3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.

4. Take the dough out of the film and start forming ravioli or dumplings.
