Fluffy buns with a creamy egg filling: we share the recipe for the best yeast dough
Homemade buns are best made with yeast dough, and it's essential not to use too much flour. Non-dry yeast is recommended for the dough.

Ingredients:
- warm milk - 100 ml
- kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
- fresh baking yeast - 25 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp. without a slide
- flour - 650-700 g +-
- oil - 100 ml
The filling:
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 150 g
- a bunch of dill and green onions
- salt - according to taste
Preparation method:
1. Pour warm milk, warm kefir, sugar, and fresh yeast into a bowl. Mix and add eggs, salt, and butter. Continue mixing and add flour. Knead the dough and transfer it to a bowl greased with oil.
2. For the filling, dice the boiled eggs, grate the cheese, chop the herbs, and season with salt to taste.
3. Divide the finished dough into 12 equal parts, form balls, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, cover with a towel, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
4. Make indentations in the balls, add the filling, and brush the sides with egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
